多层螺旋CT对胃肠道间质瘤的诊断价值

目的：探讨胃肠道间质瘤（GISTs）的多层螺旋CT（MSCT）诊断价值。方法回顾分析经手术病理证实的18例GISTs术前MSCT表现特点，观察GISTs发生的部位、大小、生长方式、形态及强化程度。结果本组18例病例中，发生于胃部14例，十二指肠2例，小肠系膜2例；极低或低危险7例，中度危险3例，高危险8例；7例低危险和2例中度危险边界清晰，呈类圆形软组织肿块，均匀强化，8例高危险及1例中度危险边界多不清晰，多呈不均匀强化，其中有2例可见瘤内积气。本组定位准确率为83．33％（15/18），定性准确率为88．89％（16/18）。结论 GISTs的MSCT影像表现具有一定特征性，MSCT对其定位、定性诊断有重要价值。

The diagnostic value of multi-slice CT for gastrointestinal stromal tumor

Objective To assess the evaluation of multi-slice CT in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of gastrointestinal stromal tumor.Methods Eighteen patients who received MSCT were reviewed for gastrointestinal stromal tumor and all patients underwent surgery and had the pathology of tumors.The parts,size,growth pattern,shape and degree of enhancement of stromal tumors were observed.Results Distribution of lesions was found in 14 cases of stomach,2 cases of duodenum,and 2 cases of the mesentery;there were 7 cases of very low or low- risk,3 cases of moderate-risk,and 8 cases of high-risk;7 cases of low-risk and 2 cases of moderate-risk had clear boundaries,were round soft tissue mass,homogeneous enhancement;8 cases of high-risk and 1 case of moderate-risk boundary was not clear,mostly heterogeneous en-hancement,and there was gas in the tumors of 2 cases.The accuracy rate of MSCT diagnosis for location and pathologic features of GISTs was 83.3% （15/18）and 88.9% （16/18）respectively.Conclusion CT of GISTs has certain characteristics.MSCT has an important value in evaluating the GISTs,including origin and benign or malignant,which is useful for clinical treatment.
