两种口腔护理法在经口气管插管患者中的应用效果评价

目的 评价海绵吸痰管在经口气管捅管患者口腔护理中的应用效果.方法 将80例经口气管捅管患者随机分为研究组与对照组各40例,研究组采用海绵吸痰管擦洗联合冲洗进行口腔护理,对照组采用传统的棉球擦洗法进行口腔护理,观察两种口腔护理的效果.结果 研究组口腔护理时间、口腔异味发生率低于对照组,口腔清洁度则优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）.结论 应用海绵吸痰管进行擦洗和冲洗结合的口腔护理方法,能有效提高口腔清洁度,减少口腔异味,降低污垢残留、口臭、牙菌斑和二重感染等发生率,并节省口腔护理时间,提高工作效率.

Effectiveness evaluation of two oral care methods on patients with orotracheal intubation

Objective To evaluate the application effect of sponge sputum suction tube for oral nursing of patients with orotracheal intubation.Methods 80 cases with orotracheal intubation were randomly divided into study group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The study group was given oral care by sponge sputum suction tube scrub combined with douche, while the control group was given oral care by traditional cotton scrub. Then, effects of these two oral care methods were observed.Results The oral care time and the incidence of bad breath of the study group were lower than those of the control group, and oral cleanness of the study group was better than that of the control group.There was statistically significant difference in comparison of the two groups （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The oral care method of sponge sputum suction tube scrub combined with douche can not only effectively increase oral cleanness, decrease bad breath and reduce the incidence of residual dirt, foul breath, dental plaque and superinfection ,but also save the oral care time and improve work efficiency.
