摘 要: | 目的:探讨冻存脐血复温后不同输注时间对脐血移植患者输注不良反应及脐血植入状况的影响。方法按照脐血输注时间序贯分为试验组和对照组,选择行脐血造血干细胞移植的60例患者,试验组和对照组各30例,试验组输注时间20 min,对照组输注时间10 min。每次脐血输注前至输注完6小时内监测生命体征变化,观察患者的输注不良反应和干细胞植入状况。结果两个输注时间不良反应发生率的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),试验组患者脐血输注时高血压、腹痛、呕吐、胸闷、头痛、寒颤的发生率低(P<0.05);干细胞植入率和中性粒细胞及血小板植入时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论冻存脐血复温后输注时间20 min,可明显降低患者不良反应发生率,输注安全,不影响干细胞植入。

Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effects of different infusion time of implantation and cord blood infusion adverse conditions . Methods A randomized controlled study was conducted in 60 patients with umbilical cord blood transplantation .Two Different infusion time were set up based on 20 minutes and 10 minutes.Vital Signs were recorded during the 6 hours after cord blood infusion .Adverse reaction and myeloid implantation were monitored after cord blood infusion .Results There are some significant differences between two group patients . The experimental group patients had lower rates of hypertension ,abdominal pain,vomiting,dizziness,headache,chills (P<0.05).But the in-cidence of neutrophil and platelet engrafment was comparable between two group patients ,and there was no significant statical difference .Con-clusion The cryopreserved thawed cord blood infusion time with 20 minutes can significantly reduce the incidence of adverse reactions for cord blood transplantation patients ,and this dose not affect the stem cell engrafment . |
