紫花苜蓿与无芒雀麦混合青贮对发酵品质的影响

摘    要:
为探讨紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa)与无芒雀麦(bromus inermis)不同比例混合青贮对发酵品质的影响,分别开展苜蓿、无芒雀麦分别单独青贮和苜蓿+无芒雀麦以9:1、7:3、5:5比例混合处理青贮对发酵品质及营养成分变化的影响研究。结果表明:三个混合青贮的发酵品质及营养成分与分别单独青贮其差异显著。单独苜蓿青贮的氨态氮、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)含量最高,乳酸含量最低,青贮饲料发酵品质差。紫花苜蓿+无芒雀麦混合7:3比例青贮后,氨态氮、ADF、NDF含量低,乳酸含量和粗蛋白质保持率最高。因此,建议在青贮发酵过程中,以紫花苜蓿+无芒雀麦7:3比例混合青贮,有利于提高青贮饲料的发酵品质。

Abstract:
To analyze the effect of different mixed silage proportion of Medicago sativa and Bromus inermis onfermentation quality.The fermentation quality and nutrition of Medicago silage, Bromus silage and each mixedsilage treatment were measured and analyzed.Three mixed silage treatments and single silage treatment hadsignificant difference. The ammonia nitrogen, ADF, NDF content of the Medicago silage was the highest, lacticacid content was the lowest, silage quality was poor. The ammonia nitrogen, ADF, NDF content is low, thelactic acid content and protein retention rate are the highest as the mixed silage proportion of Medicago sativaand Bromus inermis is 7:3.According to the result of each index, it can be concluded that Medicago + Bromusmixed with 7:3 is helpful to improve the fermentation quality of silage.
