肝癌介入治疗护理体会

目的 探讨肝癌介入治疗患者的护理方法.方法 对2012年7月至2013年8月在我院接受肝癌介入治疗的48例患者实施介入前心理护理及充分的术前准备、介入后发热、疼痛、胃肠道反应、饮食的护理及健康指导.结果 术后不良反应得到有效的预防,取得满意的疗效,本组患者发生穿刺部位血肿1例,所有患者不良反应完全消失出院.结论 协助医生做好全面检查及患者的术前准备工作,安慰患者,做好手术前的心理护理;手术后严密观察病情变化和对疼痛、发热、胃肠道反应等的细致周到的护理,对减少术后不良反应、促进患者的康复有着不可忽视的作用.

Nursing care for patients receiving hepatocarcinoma intervention therapy

Objective To investigate the nursing methods of patients receiving hepatocarcinoma intervention therapy.Methods 48 patients receiving hepatocarcinoma intervention therapy from July,2012 to August,2013 were psychologically cared before the intervention received nursing care and health guidance for fever,pain,gastrointestinal reactions,and diet after the intervention.Results Adverse reactions after the intervention were effectively and satisfactorily prevented.1 patients got hematoma on puncture site.All the patients discharged without adverse reactions.Conclusions Intimate coordination and sufficient preoperative preparation were beneficial to hepatocarcinoma intervention therapy.Close observation and meticulous care of pain,fever and gastrointestinal reaction play important roles in reducing adverse reactions and promoting recovery after the intervention.
