| 摘 要： | 目的在冠脉搭桥患者的麻醉手术前附加右侧氙光星状神经节近旁照射,观察麻醉及手术过程中血流动力学变化。方法选择在体外循环下行冠脉搭桥术患者20例,随机分为氙光照射组与对照组,每组10例,氙光照射组在麻醉前行右侧氙光星状神经节近旁照射15 min,两组麻醉方法和手术过程相同。记录并分析麻醉及手术过程中平均动脉压(MAP)、心率(HR)、血压心率乘积(RPP)变化。结果氙光照射组在气管插管、劈胸骨时MAP与RPP明显低于对照组(P0.01),HR低于对照组(P0.05),在转流过程中MAP低于对照组(P0.05),在转流后RPP低于对照组(P0.05)。结论行右侧氙光星状神经节近旁照射能够减轻冠脉搭桥患者围术期心血管反应。
