| 摘 要： | 目的：观察矿物三氧化物凝聚体(MTA)直接盖髓后牙髓炎症反应和修复性牙本质的形成。方法：人工机械暴露犬牙髓，用MTA或氢氧化钙直接盖髓。结果：实验2周和8周，MTA诱导修复性牙本质形成的效果优于氢氧化钙，炎症反应较轻。结论：MTA是一种效果较好的盖髓剂。 |

| Abstract: | AIM:To investigate the pulpal cell responses and reparative dentine formation after the direct application of MTA to mechanically exposed pulps in dog.METHODS:Capping the pulp with either MTA or Calcium hydroxide after the pulp had been exposed mechanically.RESULTS:Evaluation after the 2nd and 8th week showed that compared to Calcium hydroxide group,MTA had a better ability in dentin inducing as well as in producing lighter inflammation in the pulp tissue.CONCLUSION:MTA could be used as a better capping agent. |
