甲壳素生物敷料对各种创面的治疗作用

目的:观察甲壳素生物敷料对临床上各种常见创面的治疗作用和不良反应.方法:选择浅Ⅱ°深Ⅱ°烧伤创面、头皮刃厚皮供皮区创面、慢性溃疡创面及外科手术后所产生的新鲜、无感染的切口创面共49例患者为研究对象,所有病例均行自身对照,选择自身相应部位、相似深度创面作对照,慢性溃疡创面以治疗前的病情作对照.结果:治疗组浅Ⅱ°深Ⅱ°烧伤创面、头皮刃厚皮供皮区创面、慢性溃疡创面愈合速度加快,愈合时间缩短,疗效明显.对外科手术后所产生的新鲜、无感染的切口创面也有疗效.未观察到与使用甲壳素生物敷料有关的全身系统异常变化和不良反应.结论:甲壳素生物敷料是对临床各种常见创面有效、安全的治疗制剂.

The Beneficial Effects of Chitin Biological Dressing for Various Wounds

Objective: To explore the therapeutic effect and possible adverse reaction of Chitin Biological Dressing for common of wounds clinics. Method: Total 49 cases with superficial or deep partial-thickness burn or chin-thickness donor site of chronic ulcer or asepsis incisal opening were observed by self-control. Results: Chitin Biological Dressing accelerates the healing if all kinds of wounds without obvious adverse reaction.Conclusion: Chitin Biological Dressing was effective and safe for common kind of wounds in clinics.
