| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨异位脉络丛癌的诊断治疗。方法：分析我院近来诊治的1例异位脉络丛癌的临床资料并结合既往文献报道。结果：临床表现为局限性神经系统损害和进行性颅高压征，影像学表现不典型一结论：异位脉络丛癌少见，易引起误诊。确诊有赖于病理检查，治疗以手术为主，辅助于放、化疗。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To discuss the diagnosis and treatment of heterotopic choroid plexus carcinoma.Methods:To analyse 1 patient with heterotopic choroid plexus carcinoma and review the literature.Results:Heterotopic choroid plexus carcinoma presented focal neurological signs and progressive intracranial hypertension.It's appearance of imageology was not typical.Conclusion:Heterotopic choroid plexus carcinoma are rare lesions and misdiagnosed in clinic.The diagnosis depends on pathological examination.Chemotherapy and radiotherapy after operation are the best treatment of heterotopic choroid plexus carcinoma. |
