银杏达莫注射液治疗慢性肺原性心脏病急性加重期31例

目的观察银杏达莫注射液治疗慢性肺原性心脏病急性加重期的临床疗效。方法将62例慢性肺原性心脏病急性加重期患者采用随机单盲法均分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用银杏达莫注射液,对照组采用单纯西药治疗,治疗14d后观察两组患者的临床症状和动脉血氧分压、血液流变学、C反应蛋白、肺通气功能等指标改善情况。结果治疗组临床疗效总有效率为90.32%,对照组为67.74%,两组疗效比较差异有显著性（P〈0.05）;治疗组在血氧分压（PaO2）显效率、血液流变学等指标的改善方面优于对照组（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）。结论在常规治疗基础上加用银杏达莫注射液治疗慢性肺原性心脏病急性加重期可以明显提高疗效。

Observation of Clinical Efficacy of Yinxingdamo Injection on Treating Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Pulmonary Heart Disease

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Yinxingdamo Injection in the treatment of acute exacerbation in chronic pulmonary heart disease.Methods 62 cases of acute exacerbation in chronic pulmonary heart disease were divided into the treatment group（adding Yinxingdamo Injection on the basis of routine therapy,31 cases）and the control group（simple western medicine treatment,31 cases）.The clinical symptoms,blood gas analysis（PaO2）,blood rheology,C-reactive protein and pulmonary ventilation function were observed in the patients after 14 d treatment.Results The curative effect of the treatment group（90.32%）was better than that of control group（67.74%）（P〈0.05）,PaO2 significantly effective rate,blood rheology indices had obviously improved in the treatment group compared with the control group,there was significant difference（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）.Conclusion The routine treatment combined with Yinxingdamo Injection can markedly improve the clinical efficacy in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic pulmonary heart disease.
