| 摘 要： | 目的:研究黄氏嗣育丸对大鼠肾阴虚模型的治疗作用以及少精症大鼠的生精作用。方法:采用高效液相荧光法测定睾酮含量,称重法测定相关脏器质量。结果:治疗组大鼠血清中的睾酮含量、肾脏质量、肾上腺质量以及睾丸、附睾、精囊腺、前列腺的质量,精子数量与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:黄氏嗣育丸对大鼠肾阴虚及少精症有明显的治疗作用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective： To study the effects of Huangshi Siyu pills on kidney-yin deficiency and oligospermia in rats. Method： The content of testosterone was determined by HPLC-FLD, and the weights of the organs were detected by gravimetric method. Result： Com- pared with those of model group, the testosterone content,weights of kidney, adrenal gland, testis, epididymis, seminal vesicle and pros- tate ,and sperm quantity of test group were all had significant difference （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion： Huangshi Siyu pills have obvious therapeutic effects in the rats with kidney-yin deficiency and oligospermia. |
