摘    要:目的:建立粉末直接压片法制备阿卡波糖的处方工艺,解决阿卡波糖片湿法制粒过程中的降解、变色问题。方法:采用正交设计筛选处方工艺,制备样品并进行质量考察。结果:经加速稳定性试验,产品质量符合国家药品标准要求。结论:粉末直接压片可避免湿颗粒在干燥过程中因高温及水分造成的阿卡波糖降解、变色,工艺简单,质量稳定,适合于工业化生产

Abstract:Objective:To establish the formulation of acarbose tablets by direct compression technology in order to reduce drug degradation and color change in wet granulation process.Method:Orthogonal design was utilized to optimize the formulation and the quality of samples was tested.Result:After accelerated test,the quality of samples still met the quality requirements of acarbose tablets of SFDA.Conclusion:The direct compression can avoid the content decrease and color change in wet granulation process,and this te...
