摘    要:目的探讨中国被毛孢菌丝体提取物(HSW)抗肾损伤的药理作用。方法采用体外培养的人肾小管上皮细胞株(HK2)模型,观察HSW对马兜铃酸(AA)造成的HK2细胞损伤的逆转作用,及对于肾衰竭相关功能指标的影响。并在庆大霉素致大鼠急性肾衰竭(ARF)模型上验证HSW的作用。结果 HSW可以逆转AA对HK2细胞所造成的损伤,有效地抑制AA引起的HK2细胞TGFβ1、PAI-1 mRNA表达的上调,并可保护庆大霉素造成的大鼠急性肾损伤。结论 HSW对肾损伤的体内外模型有较好的药理作用。

Abstract:Aim To investigate the effect of Hirsutella sinensis extract(HSW) on kidney injury.Methods The inversion effect of HSW on the renal tubular epithelial cell(HK2) injury caused by aristolochic acid(AA) was observed,its influence on functional parameters of renal failure was evaluated and the effect of HSW on acute renal failure(ARF) of rats induced by gentamicin was validated.Results HSW deteriorated HK2 cell damage caused by AA,inhibited the upregulation of the expression of TGFβ1 and PAI-1 mRNA,and protected rats from ARF caused by gentamicin.Conclusion HSW had a remarkable action in vitro and in vivo on model of kidney injury.
