北京市某高校大学生生殖健康教育干预效果评价

目的了解北京市某高校大学生生殖健康相关知识、态度和行为状况,评价健康教育效果。方法采用随机整群抽样方法,对某高校1027名大学生健康教育干预前后进行相同匿名问卷调查。结果干预后大学生对生殖健康基本知识、避孕知识、预防知识的正确认知均有所提高。大学生"宿舍留宿异性"、"多性伴"、"交易性行为"正向态度分别上升到68.6%、82.8%和86.0%(P<0.05或P<0.01),29.4%的大学生认可在校发生性行为。干预后,登陆色情网站(33.4%)、看色情书籍(36.6%)、看色情影碟(44.3%)等与性有关的行为均有所降低。结论在大学生中开展生殖健康教育是必要的,广播宣传、网络宣传、展板展示、发放宣传资料等综合干预,是有效的健康教育形式。

Evaluation on the reproduction health education among college students in Beijing

Objective To investigate college students’ reproduction health related knowledge,attitude and behaviors in Beijing,and evaluate the effects of reproduction health education program. Methods With random cluster sampling,1027 students were surveyed with an anonymous questionnaire before and after the health education. Results After the intervention,the college students learned more knowledge about reproduction health,including the reproductive health basic knowledge,contraceptive knowledge and the prevention knowledge.Students’ positive attitudes to "accommodating isomerism in dormitories,having more sexual partners,trade sex" were raised to 68.6%,82.8%,86.0% respectively(P<0.05 or P<0.01),while 29.4% of students accepted having sex in college period.Percentages of logging in sex website(33.4%),watching pornographic books(36.6%) and kinescope(44.3%) and other behaviors related to sex were lower then before. Conclusion It is necessary to carry out reproduction health education among college students.Comprehensive interventions including broadcast,network and other sounding board should be effective health education intervention measurements.
