| 摘 要： | 目的：建立了高效液相色谱法测定头孢呋辛酯片的含量。方法：采用ZorbaxSB-C18，色谱柱（4.6mmxl50.0mm，5μm），流动相为0．2mol／L磷酸二氢铵溶液-甲醇（62：38），流速1．0ml／min，检测波长为278nm。结果：在0．15-0．34mg／ml的范围内，浓度与峰面积之间呈现良好线性关系，r=0．9999（n=5），头孢呋辛酯片含量为标示量97．59％-99．28％，平均回收率为100．4％（n=9）。结论：该法简便、准确、专属，可用于该制剂的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective：To establish determination on the content of Cefuroxime Axetil Tablet by HPLC. Methods： The Zor bax SB-C18 column （4.6 mmxl50.0 mm, 5μm） was used, 0.2 mol/L ammonium dihydrogen phosphate solution ： methanol （62： 38） as mobile phase, at a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min, at detection wavelength 278 nm. Results： The linearity of peak area was good when the injected quantity of Cefuroxime Axetil was in the range of 0.15N0.34 mg/mL （r=0.999 9, n=5）. The recovery of the method was 100.4%, the content of Cefuroxime Axetil Tablet was 97.59%-99.28%. Conclusion： It can be concluded that the method is soecific, accurate and convenient, and can be used for aualitv control of the Cefuroxime Axetil Tablet. |
