| 摘 要： | 目的：通过对孕期营养认知及饮食行为调查，了解本地区孕妇营养知识、态度与饮食行为（KAP）现状及相关影响因素，为指导孕妇合理营养，保证母婴健康提供科学依据。方法：采取问卷调查方法参考国内外较为流行的KAP模式进行问卷设计，由专人对2010年4-11月来我院产前检查的485例孕妇进行调查。结果：孕妇对孕期营养知识缺乏全面的了解，但营养态度普遍较好，饮食习惯方面对粮谷类、蔬菜水果类、鱼肉类、奶类的摄入频率较合理，对三大营养物质及其供能比例了解甚少，对孕期特殊需要的食物如动物肝脏、血与菌藻类摄入较低。营养知识（K）、态度（A）、饮食行为（P）之间呈正相关，K分与A分r=0．58，K分与P分r=0．97，A分与P分r=0．49（p〈0．05）。孕妇的营养KAP与本人、丈夫文化程度及居住地点呈正相关，相关系数分别为0．644、0．576、0．278（P〈0．05）。结论：本地区孕妇人群特别是农村孕妇营养知识和饮食行为有待改善。加强孕期营养宣教与指导，是保证孕期膳食平衡，保障母婴安全的重要措施。
