低声压级水平次声对初产妇盆底损伤治疗的研究

目的：研究低声压级水平次声对初产妇盆底肌力的影响，探讨低声压级水平次声疗法治疗女性盆底功能障碍的效果。方法：选择2005年1月-2010年1月共120例盆底功能障碍患者，通过不同治疗方法分为次声治疗组（30例）、盆底肌锻炼组（30例）、电刺激治疗组（30例）、生物反馈治疗组（30例），观察次声与其他康复治疗方法对初产妇治疗效果的比较。结果：低声压级水平次声具有改善循环、扩张血管、减轻瘢痕纤维化、加速伤口愈合、加速炎症消退等功能。结论：低声压级水平次声可能是未来临床治疗盆底损伤性疾病经济而易于普及的有效手段，可为防治产后盆底损伤性疾病提供一条新的治疗途径。

Effects of low decibel infrasound on the treatment of primiparas'pelvic floor injury

Objective： To research the effect of low decibel infrasound on the muscle strength of primiparas＇ pelvic floor and study the effects on the cure of female pelvic floor dysfunction with low decibel infrasound. Methods： 120 patients of the pelvic floor dysfunction from January 2005 to January 2010 were randomely divided into different therapy groups, irffra sound treatment groups （30 cases）; training groups of pelvic floor muscle （30 cases）; the treatment group of electric stimula tion （30 cases）; treatment groups of biofeedback （30 cases ）. The treatment efficacy on the pfimiparas with infrasound ther apy and other rehabilitation therapies were observed and compared. Results： The study showed that the low decibel infra sound can could blood circulation, dilate blood vessels, reduce scar fibrosis, make the wound heal quickly, subside the in flammation. Conclusion： Low decibel infrasound will be an effective way to treat pelvic floor injury in the future. This way is very economic and easy to be popularized. It can provide a new therapeutic approach for the prevention and treatment of postpartum pelvic floor injury.
