| 摘 要： | 目的：研究门诊西药房服务特点和优化措施。方法：应用运筹学和数据统计的方法，对门诊西药房服务的特点进行定量研究，开展科学化、规范化、差别化服务。结果：科学化优化了流程，提高了门诊药房的运行效率；规范化减少了差错率；差别化提高了患者满意度。结论：门诊西药房科学化、规范化、差别化服务有效可行，提高了服务质量。
