儿童间歇性外斜手术效果的评价

目的探讨儿童间歇性外斜的手术时机。方法4．5—9岁儿童间歇性外斜43例，A组：4．5～6岁共19例；B组：7—9岁共24例。采用双外直肌后徙缝线悬吊术，测定术前、术后1周、6月和12月的33cm和5m斜视角，以及术前和术后12月视觉诱发电位（VEP）的P6100振幅双眼总和，并进行统计学分析。结果术后眼位判定以斜视度≤10^△为正位。小年龄组术后1周及6月正位率高于高年龄组，随术后时间的延长高年龄组欠矫率增高，但差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。术后12月正位率两组相接近，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。术后12月两组间双眼VEP总和比值无统计学意义（P〉0．05），两组双眼VEP振幅均比术前明显增加（P〈0．05）。结论小年龄儿童手术成功率并无明显增高，儿童间歇性外斜手术不一定必须在6岁前进行。

The evaluation of surgery effect of intermittent exotropia in different age children

Objective To evaluate the surgery effect of intermittent extropia in different age children.Methods43 children of intermittent exotropia were divided into two groups.Group A included 19 children from 4.5 to 6 years and group B included 24 children from 7 to 9 years. Bilateral lateral rectus recession were performed. 33cm and 5m deviation angle and VEP binocular summation were measured before and after operation.A statistical analysis has been done. ResultsFollowing-up 1 week and 6 months after operation,the successful aligment rate of group A was higher than group B.But the statistical analysis shows no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Till 12 months after operation,there was no different in the successful aligment between two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in VEP binocular summation of the two groups(P>0.05).At 12 months after operation,amplitude of P~(100) of bilateral eyes improved.The variance shows significant difference(P<0.05) between two groups.ConclusionThere was no difference in the successful aligment and VEP binocularsummation between lower age and higher age. The surgery time of intermittent exotropia in children may be choiced after 6 years old.
