合并糖尿病的妇科手术患者围手术期疗效分析

目的对合并糖尿病的妇科手术患者围手术期疗效进行研究和探讨。方法随机选择我院近2年合并糖尿病的妇科疾病患者74例为A组观察组,同时随机抽取单纯妇科疾病患者63例为B组对照组。对A、B组患者进行手术,A组患者加血糖控制治疗。结果经治疗,A组患者并发症概率、术后愈合率以及住院时间均与B组对照组接近,无较大差别。A、B组患者治疗效果无明显差异。结论对合并糖尿病患者给予及时、科学的治疗,控制患者血糖,能够达到较好的治疗效果。

Gynecological surgery in patients with diabetes mellitus perioperative efficacy analysis

Objective Study and explore the efficacy of perioperative gynecological surgery patients with diabetes mellitus.Methods Randomly selected hospital in the past 2 years with diabetes,74 patients with gynecological diseases known as group A,the observation group,randomly selected from a simple gynecological disease patients 63 were group B in the control group.A,B group of patients for surgery,A group of patients and blood glucose control treatment.Results After treatment in group A complication probability in patients with postoperative healing rates and hospital stay are close to the control group and B group,no big difference.A group of patients treatment was no significant difference.Conclusion Patients with diabetes mellitus,timely,targeted therapy,control of blood glucose,can achieve a better therapeutic effect.
