前列腺炎汤结合西药治疗慢性细菌性前列腺炎初步研究

目的：研究中药前列腺炎汤结合西药治疗慢性细菌性前列腺炎（CBP）的临床治疗效果。方法：将58例患者随机分为A、B、C三组。A组为中西医结合治疗组，采用口服西药和中药治疗；B组为西医治疗对照组，采用单纯口服西药治疗；C组为中医治疗对照组，采用单纯口服中药治疗。连续治疗4周后，通过NIH-CPSI进行症状评分，以及根据Meares-Stamey四杯检测法测定前列腺按摩液（EPS）中白细胞数量和细菌培养由阳转阴情况进行主观评价、客观评价和总体评价各组临床治疗效果。结果：主观评价：A组治愈率52．94％、总有效率82．35％，B组治愈率21．05％、总有效率47．37％，C组治愈率27．27％、总有效率59．09％；客观评价：A组治愈率64．71％，B组治愈率为21．05％，C组治愈率18．18％；总体评价：A组治愈率47．06％，B组治愈率21．05％，C组治愈率为18．18％。结论：中西医结合治疗慢性细菌性前列腺炎临床效果优于单纯口服西药或单纯口服中药治疗（经统计学分析，P〈0．05），疗效更佳。

Clinic Effect on CBP Treated by Western Combined with chinese Medicine

Objective：To evaluate the clinic effect on CBP treated by western medicine combined with chinese medicine. Medthods： 58 patients were randomly divided into three groups, patients in group A were treated by both western and chinese medicine, patients in group B were treated by western medicine and patients in group C were treated by chinese medicine. The sydrans were assessed by NIH-CPSI. According to WBC in EPS measured by Meares-Stamey and bacterial-cuhivating condition, the effects in three groups were evalutated. Results：After 4 weeks,the curing rate of group A was 47.06%, group B was 21.05%, group C was 18.18% o Conclution： It＇ s more effective for CBP treated by western combined with chinese medicine than treated by Only Western or Chinese Medicine.
