| Abstract: | Objective： To evaluate the clinical effects of laparoscopic and small incision in the treatment of acute appendicitis on contrast.Methods： 240 cases of acute appendicitis in our hospital from February 2008 to July 2010 were randomly divided into observe group and control group,each 120 patients,gave laparoscopic surgery and small incision surgery respectively,clinical efficacy and postoperative complications of two groups were compared.Results： The incidence of postoperative complications group,clinical treatment,postoperative recovery effects were significantly better than the control group.Conclusion： Laparoscopy in the treatment of acute appendicitis when the effect of more precise,the effect is better. |
