单臂外固定支架配合中西药治疗胫腓骨骨折的临床研究

目的：探讨单臂外固定支架配合中西药治疗胫腓骨骨折的临床疗效。方法：将2008年2月～2010年6月本院治疗的160例胫腓骨骨折患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组80例,分别行单臂外固定支架配合中西药治疗和单臂外固定支架配合西药治疗,观察两组的治疗效果。结果：观察组总有效率及治愈率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论：单臂外固定支架配合中西药治疗胫腓骨骨折疗效显著,可以有效地促进骨痂生长、骨折愈合及骨骼功能的恢复。

External fixation with Chinese and western medicine in the clinical study of tibia and fibula fracture

Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy for external fixation with Chinese and western medicine treatment the tibia and fibula fracture.Methods：February 2008 to June 2010,160 cases of tibial and fibular fractures in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and the control group,each group had 80 cases.All patients were performed with external fixation in the treatment and medicine external fixation with Chinese and western medicine,the treatment effect were observed.Results：The total effective rate and cure rate in observation group was significantly higher,it was significantly different between the two group.Conclusion：The external fixation with Chinese and western medicine to treat the tibia and fibula fractures is significantly,it can effectively promote callus growth,fracture healing and bone function recovery.
