帕金森病患者生活质量的相关影响因素分析

目的：探讨影响帕金森病（PD）患者生活质量的因素。方法：采用统一的标准问卷调查本院2005年1月～2009年12月60例帕金森病患者和60例健康的体检者生存质量、睡眠质量、抑郁、焦虑状况和PD病情评分,比较分析生存质量、PD病情与睡眠质量、抑郁程度、焦虑状况的相关性。结果：两组被调查人员生存质量与睡眠质量无显著性相关（P〉0.05）,但与抑郁和焦虑程度均有显著性相关（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）;PD患者早期和中期与睡眠质量差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;但PD全程与抑郁和焦虑情绪差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）。结论：PD患者不良情绪既是影响其生存质量的原因,也是病情加重或反复的结果,临床上应在控制患者病情的基础上,积极开展心理疏导和健康教育,指导患者自我康复,适度降低其心理预期,以增强PD患者生存满意度。

Quality of life in patients with parkinson disease related factors analysis

Objective：To explore the quality of life in patients with parkinson （PD） factors.Methods：The hospital uniform standard questionnaire in January 2005 to December 2009,60 patients with parkinson＇s disease and 60 healthy volunteers were quality of life,sleep quality,depression,anxiety,illness status and PD score comparative analysis of survival quality,PD disease and sleep quality,depression,anxiety related conditions.Results：There were investigators no quality of life and sleep quality were significantly related （P0.05）,but depression and anxiety were significantly associated （P0.05,P0.01）;PD patients with sleep early and mid-no significant difference in quality （P0.05）;however,PD with depression and anxiety throughout the difference was statistically significant （P0.05,P0.01）.Conclusion：PD patients with negative emotions affect their quality of life is both a cause and a result of repeated exacerbations or clinical condition of patients in the control should be based on the active psychological counseling and health education,instruction,self-rehabilitation patients,moderately reduce the psychological expected to enhance the survival of PD patients satisfaction.
