二连口岸2011-2012年出入境人员梅毒监测结果分析

目的 了解梅毒在二连口岸出入境人群中的感染和流行特点,为传染病监测和预防控制工作提供基础数据.方法 实验通过采用艾康梅毒螺旋体抗体金标试纸条初筛,阳性标本采用梅毒螺旋体抗体凝集试验（TPPA）进行确认,2011-2012年经二连口岸出入境的41971名人员梅毒监测结果进行统计分析.结果 41971出入境人员中,检出梅毒螺旋体抗体阳性259例,检出率为0.62％,感染者主要集中在30-49岁年龄段,为198例,占感染者的76.45％.感染者的职业分布主要是劳务人员.结论 应积极做好预防保健咨询和卫生防病知识的宣传教育,提高出入境人员自我防护意识,,从源头上控制梅毒的传播和流行.

Epidemiological analysis of syphilis infection among entry-exit persons from 2011 to 2012 at ErLian Port

Objective This paper tries to understand exit persons at ErLian Port, and to provide a basis the status and the trend of syphilis infection among entry - of the surveillance and prevention of infectious diseases. Methods The method of Serum samples by TPPA is used to confirm syphilis infection. And the 41971 result of monitoring eases from 2011 to 2012 are analyzed. Results There are 259 cases of syphilis among 41971 entry - exit persons, and the positive rate was 0.62%. The group of 30-49 is the main infective population, accounting for 76.45%. The infective number of labors is the highest, reaching 83.78%. Conclusion It is important not only to emphasize surveillance on entry - exit persons, but also focus on healthcare consultation and prevention knowledge to advanee the awareness of entry - exit persons. Meanwhile, infectious disease examination should be strengthened to prevent syphilis prevalent and transmission at the beginning.
