摘    要:目的:观察中药早期干预对急性心肌梗死心功能的影响。方法:80例患者随机分为治疗组(42例)和对照组(38例),治疗组在常规治疗基础上加服中药,对照组为常规治疗,观察两组的临床疗效并测定入院即刻及发病30天血浆BNP水平。结果:治疗组显效率52.4%,总有效率88.1%;对照组显效率28.9%,总有效率68.4%;治疗后两组疗效对比,显效率和总有效率均差异显著(P<0.05)。治疗前BNP组间比较无差异(P>0.05),治疗组发病30天BNP明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:中药早期干预可以改善急性心肌梗死患者左心功能。

Effects Observation of the Early Intervention of Chinese Herbal Medicine on Heart Function of Acute Myocardial Infarction (AMI)

Abstract:Objective: To observe the early interventional effects of Chinese herbal medicine on heart function of acute myocardial infarction (AMI). Methods: 80 cases were randomly divided into two groups. 38 cases in control group were treated with conventional therapy, and 42 ones in treatment group were treated with conventional therapy and Chinese herbal medicine. The clinical curative effects were observed and compared in the two groups, and BNP in serum in the two groups was determined on the instant hospitalization and the 30th day, and compared with each other. Results: In treatment group the excellent rate was 52. 4%, and the total effective rate was 88. 1%. And in control group the excellent rate was 28.9% ,and the total effective rate was 68.4%. There were significant differences between the two groups on the excellent rate and the total effective rate ( P 〈 0. 05 ). On BNP there was not signifi group was lower markedly medicine can improve the cant difference between the two groups before treatment, but on the 30th day treatment than control group (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion : The early intervention of Chinese herbal left heart function in acute myocardial infarction (AMI).
