红藤合剂保留灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效观察

目的观察红藤合剂保留灌肠对慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法将129例慢性盆腔炎患者随机分为两组,治疗组69例采用中药红藤合剂保留灌肠,经净后3 d,1剂/d,连用15 d,共3个疗程;对照组60例采用妇科千金片口服治疗。结果总有效率治疗组92.75%,对照组为73.33%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论红藤合剂保留灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效显著。

Clinical Observation on Treating Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease with Retention Enema with Red Cane Mixture

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Chinese herbal retention enema with red cane mixture in chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods 129 cases of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were divided into two groups.69 cases in the treatment group were treated with the therapy of Chinese herbal retention enema with red cane mixture on the 3rd day after menstruation,once daily,15 days for three courses of treatment,60 cases in the control group by Fukeqianjin tablets.Results The total effect of treatment group was 92.75 % and control group 73.33 %,there were significant differences between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion It is quite effective to treat chronic pelvic inflammatory disease with Chinese herbal retention enema with red cane mixture.
