中西医结合治疗老年慢性心力衰竭28例

目的观察常规疗法加三子养亲汤化裁治疗老年慢性心力衰竭的效果。方法选择老年慢性心力衰竭患者56例,分为常规治疗加三子养亲汤化裁组(治疗组)和常规治疗组(对照组)。疗程为2 W,治疗前后均观察患者症状及检测血压、心脏B超。结果两组患者用药2 W后,症状及心脏B超左室射血分数(LVEF)、E/A值及血压、心率均有所改善,治疗组总有效率96.42%,对照组总有效率82.14%。两组比较差异显著(P<0.05)结论常规治疗合并三子养亲汤加减治疗老年慢性心力衰竭取得较好疗效。

Clinical Effect of Treating 56 Cases of Chronic Heart Failure in Elderly People with Combined Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

Objective To observe the clinical effect of combined routine treatment with modified Sanziyangqin decoction in elderly people with chronic heart failure.Methods 56 cases of patients were divided into two groups.The control group were treated with routine treatment,the treatment group by combined routine treatment with modified Sanziyangqin decoction.Two weeks made a therapeutic course.We examined the symptoms,blood pressure and ultrasonic echocardiogram before and after treatment.Results After completing the therapeutic course,the symptoms,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),E/A ratio,blood pressure and heat rate improved obviously.The markedly effective rate of treatment group was 96.42 % and the control group 82.14 %,there was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusions Treating chronic heart failure in elderly people with combined routine treatment and modified Sanziyangqin decoction is effective.
