| 摘 要： | 射麻止喘液（射干,麻黄,桔梗,杏仁,细辛,地龙,半夏,椒目,甘草等中药组成）是广州中医药大学第一附属医院研制的治疗支气管哮喘的有效方剂,为探讨其作用机理,采用放射免疫分析方法,观察经该方治疗后实验性过敏性哮喘豚鼠血浆及肺组织内皮素水平的变化,并进行细胞形态学观察。

| Abstract: | To study the antiasthmatic mechanism of Shemazhichuan(SMZC) liquid, radioimmunoassay was applied to detect the endothelin(ET) level of blood and lung tissues in guinea pigs with allergic asthma. It was found that the ET level was decreased both in blood and in lung tissues and the eosinophilic infiltration was inhibited, suggesting that SMZC Liquid exerts an antiinflammatory effect. |
