| 摘 要： | 目的研究同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)和超敏C反应蛋白(Hs-CRP)在急性脑梗死患者中的应用价值。方法收集我院126例急性脑梗死患者的临床资料,比较治疗前后血清Hcy和Hs-CRP的差异;对治疗前Hcy和Hs-CRP与病情严重程度进行相关分析。结果急性脑梗死患者Hcy和Hs-CRP在治疗后明显下降(P<0.01);Hcy和Hs-CRP水平与病情严重程度正相关(P<0.05)。结论急性脑梗死患者血清Hcy和Hs-CRP水平对判断病情和预后有重要临床价值。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the value of homocysteine ( Hcy) and high-sensitive C-reactive protein ( Hs-CRP) in acute cerebral infarction.Methods The clinical data of 126 patients with acute cerebral infarction in our hospital were collected and the differences of serum Hcy and Hs-CRP were compared before and after treatment.The levels of Hcy and Hs-CRP and their severities were analyzed.Results The levels of Hcy and Hs-CRP in patients with acute cerebral infarction decreased significantly after treatment ( P < 0.01) ,with which the severity was positively correlated ( P < 0.05) .Conclusion The levels of Hs-CRP and Hcy had the important clinical values in the determination of severity and prognosis of patient with acute cerebral infarction. |
