雷贝拉唑三联疗法根除Hp和治愈十二指肠溃疡研究

目的观察雷贝拉唑、克拉霉素、阿莫西林短程三联疗法对幽门螺杆菌（Hp）阳性的十二指肠溃疡的治疗效果。方法将80例伴有Hp感染的十二指肠溃疡患者随机分2组，A组50例，给予雷贝拉唑10mg、克拉霉素500mg，阿莫西林1000nag，2次／d，口服，疗程7d（A组）；B组30例，给予雷贝拉唑10mg、克拉霉素500mg、阿莫西林1000mg，2次／d，口服7d，后继服雷贝拉唑10mg，2次／d，口服21d（B组）。5周末后复查胃镜，检查Hp。结果A组Hp根除率78％、活动期溃疡愈合率94％、症状缓解率为100％，不良反应的发生率为6％。而B组上述指标则分别为83．3％、96．6％、100．0％、6．6％；2组比较差异无统计学意义。结论雷贝拉唑、克拉霉素、阿莫西林短程三联疗法对幽门螺杆菌（Hp）阳性的十二指肠溃疡的治疗具有良好的效果。

Short-Term Triple Therapy with Rabeprazole in Eradicating Helicobacter Pylori and Treating Duodenal Ulcer

Objective To observe the curative effect of rabeprasole,clarithromycin and amoxicillin short-term triple therapy for duodenal ulcer with positive Helicobacter pylori（Hp）. Methods 80 cases of duodenal ulcer patients with Hp infection were randomly divided into two groups, Group A（ n = 50） was administrated with rabeprasole 10 rag, clarithromycin 500 mg and amoxicillin 1 000 mg for 7 days, bid. per oral, while Group B （n = 30 ） with rabeprasole 10 mg, clarithromycin 500 mg and amoxicillin 1 000 mg for 7 days,bid,per oral,and additional rabeprazole for 21 days,bid,per oral. Hp was tested after by endoscopy on the fifth weekends. Results The Hp eradication rate, active ulcer healing rate, symptom remission rate and the incidence of adverse reactions was 78% ,94%, 100% ,6% in group A and 83.3% ,96.6%, 100.0% ,6.6% in group B. There was no statistical difference between the two groups. Conclusions The curative effect of Rabeprasole, Clarithromycin, amoxicillin short-term triple therapy for duodenal ulcer with positive Hp is notable.
