严重腹部闭合性损伤的临床观察与护理

目的:总结严重腹部闭合性损伤病人的临床观察和护理措施。方法:观察90例严重腹部闭合性损伤病人住院期间的病情变化及护理方法。结果:经细致的观察护理,90例病人中84例治愈出院,2例好转出院,4例死亡,无严重并发症。结论:严密观察病情和准确记录生命体征变化,早期明确诊断,积极有效的护理措施,是抢救严重腹部闭合性损伤病人成功的关键。

Clinical Observation and Nursing In Severe Abdominal Closed Injury Patients

Objective: To sum up the clinical observation and the experience in the nursing of patients with severe abdominal closed injury.Method: To obsereve of 90 cases in severe abdominal closed injury patients the changes of case and nursing methods in the hospital.Result: The careful observation and nursing.Among 90 cases,84cases were cured,2 cases were improvement of their condition,4 cases died,without maj or complications were occurred.Conclusion: Strictly observation and accurate record the changes of case,early diagnosis and the efficient nursing measures are the keys in the successful rescue of severe abdominal closed injury patients.
