穴位按压与收腹提肛锻炼对腹部手术后胃肠功能的影响

目的探讨四肢穴位按压联合收腹提肛锻炼对腹部手术患者术后胃肠功能恢复的影响。方法选取2012年9月-2013年9月收治于上海中医药大学附属普陀医院的腹部手术患者80例,随机分为观察组和对照组各40例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组除给予常规护理外,术后6 h开始行四肢取穴按压,并指导收腹提肛训练;观察两组患者术后胃肠功能恢复情况。结果观察组患者术后肠鸣音、首次肛门排气和排便时间均小于对照组,手术后胃肠道不良反应情况少于对照组。结论四肢穴位按压联合收腹提肛锻炼能促进患者腹部手术后胃肠功能的恢复,有利于患者的早日康复。

Effect of acupoint massage on limbs combined with tightening abdominal muscle and contraction of levator ani on recovery of gastrointestinal function after abdominal surgery

Objective To observe the effect of acupoint massage on limbs combined with tightening abdominal muscle and contraction of levator ani on recovery of gastrointestinal function after abdominal surgery.Methods From September 2012 to September 2013 a total of 80 patients with abdominal surgery in our hospital were randomly and equally divided into the control group and experimental group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the experimental group was given acupoint massage on limbs combined with training of tightening abdominal muscle and contraction of levator ani on the basis of routine nursing.Results In the experimental group,the time of intestinal peristalsis recovery and time of anus exhaust were earlier,and the adverse events after surgery were less than those in the control group.Conclusion Acupoint massage on limbs combined with training of tightening abdominal muscle and contraction of levator ani can effectively promote gastrointestinal function after abdominal surgery.
