| 摘 要： | 目的:建立祛湿止痒洗剂中苦参碱含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC测定苦参中苦参碱的含量。结果:苦参碱在0.2248~2.248μg内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9998。平均回收率为100.03%,RSD=1.62%。结论:该方法简便易行,重复性好,可作为该制剂的质量控制方法。

| Abstract: | Abstract： Objective：To establish a method for the determination of matrine in Qushi Zhiyang Lotion. Methods ：The content of matrine in RadixSophorae flavescentis is determined by HPLC. Results： matrine in 0.2248μg-2.248μg showed good linear relationship within, r=0.9998, the average recovery was 100.03%,RSD：1.62%. Conclusions： The method is simple and reproducible.It can be used as the preparation of quality control methods. |
