益心汤对慢性心功能不全患者心功能影响的临床研究

摘    要:[目的]观察益心汤对慢性心功能不全(CCI)患者心功能的影响。[方法]选择CCI患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,对照组采用常规西医治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用益心汤(黄芪、党参、白术、茯苓、泽泻、泽兰、郁金、葶苈子、当归、枳壳、栝楼、桂枝、炙甘草等组成)治疗,每组疗程2个月。根据纽约心脏协会(NYHA)心功能分级法评价两组患者治疗前后的临床心功能分级情况和临床症状评分的改善情况。[结果]治疗后,两组患者的心功能分级均有明显改善,但治疗组的心功能改善情况、中医症候疗效均优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]益心汤能有效改善CCI患者的心功能。

Abstract:[Objective] To observe Yixin Tang cardiac function in patients on chronic cardiac insufficiency(CCI).[Method] 60 cases of CCI patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group 30 cases in the control group using conventional Western medical treatment,the treatment group on the basis of this Yixin Tang(Dangshen Baizhu,Fuling,Zexie,Zelan,Yujin,Tinglizi,Danggui,Zhiqiao,Gualou,Guizhi,Gancao composition) treatment,each course of two months.According to the New York Heart Association(NYHA) heart function classification method to improve the situation of the two groups of patients before and after clinical heart function classification and clinical symptom score.[Results] After treatment,the two groups of patients with heart function classification showed significant improvement,but the treatment group improved heart function,the efficacy of TCM symptoms than the control group(P<0.05).[Conclusion] Yixin Tang can effectively improve cardiac function in CCI.
