摘    要:目的 了解大学生同伴教育候选人艾滋病知识、态度的基线水平,剖析以往培训的经验与不足,为改进同伴教育者的教育与训练提供依据。方法 对北京市大学生同伴教育候选人163名进行艾滋病知识、态度的问卷调查。结果 艾滋病知识整体水平有待提高,知识均分为20.78分(满分26分),理论知识较高,但联系生活实际和难度较大题目的得分较低,医学专业学生优于非医学专业者。对HIV/AIDS感染者的关爱态度不够理想,态度均分为12.38分(满分19分),存在较明显的躲避倾向;女生关爱态度较男生更积极。知识水平与关爱态度无相关性(P〉0.05)。结论 健康教育可显著提高大学生知识水平,但需注意理论与实际应用相结合;道德、关爱、伦理教育应成为重点教育内容。医学专业较其他专业学生更适宜成为同伴教育者。

Abstract:Objective To know the baseline of knowledge and attitude towards AIDS among undergraduate peer candidates,to locate the achievements and deficiency of former health education,which in order to provide bases for improving training on peer educators.Methods Questionnaire survey about knowledge and attitude towards AIDS was conducted in 163 undergraduate peer education candidates.Results The whole level of AIDS knowledge needed to be improved.Means of knowledge scale was 20.78(the total was 26).The results of practical and relatively difficult issues were not as good as the simple theoretical ones.In the aspect of knowledge,the medical students were generally better than the others.The status of care attitude towards HIV/AIDS patients was not good enough,and the trend of dodge was obvious.Means of attitude scale was 12.38(the total was 19).Female students appeared more active than the male students.No relationship between the AIDS knowledge level and the care attitude was found(P>0.05).Conclusion Health education can significantly improve the knowledge level of the college students.However,we should pay attention to the theory with the practice.The contents of morality,ethnics and care should be the important part of education.Comparing with the others,medical students seem to be more suitable to be peer educators.
