老年高血压患者的护理干预效果观察

目的：比较老年高血压药物治疗加护理干预与单纯药物治疗的效果。方法：选择140例原发性老年高血压患者，随机分成2组，观察组用药物治疗加护理干预，对照组进行单纯药物治疗。结果：观察组患者的按医嘱服药情况和健康生活方式采纳情况明显好于对照组：观察组患者的血压控制情况明显好于对照组，两组相比较，差异有显著意义。结论：老年高血压的患者采用药物治疗加护理干预的效果优于单纯药物治疗。

Elderly patients with hypertension to observe the effect of nursing intervention

Objective： To compare the treatment of hypertension in elderly nursing intervention plus drug treatment and simple results. Methods： 140 cases of primary hypertension in elderly patients, were randomly divided into 2 groups, group therapy with drug plus nursing intervention, the control group carried out a simple drug treatment. Results＇The ob- servation group of patients and medication as directed by your doctor to adopt a healthy lifestyle was obviously better than the control group; observation of the patient＇s blood pressure control group was obviously better than the control group, compared the two groups, the difference was significant. Conclusion： Elderly patients with hypertension, the use of drug therapy increases the effectiveness of nursing intervention is better than drug treatment.
