| 摘 要： | 目的:观察膏方调治肝肾阴虚型围绝经期失眠症的临床疗效。方法:将80例肝肾阴虚型围绝经期失眠症患者随机分两组,治疗组服用膏方,对照组口服艾司唑仑加谷维素口服,疗程均为30 d。观察临床疗效及治疗前后SPIEGEL量表积分变化。结果:治疗组总有效率达87.5%;对照组总有效率达67.5%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:膏方调治肝肾阴虚型围绝经期失眠症有良好的临床疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective ： To observe the effect of cream formula in treating menopausal insomnia. Methods ： 80 patients were divid- ed into two groups at random：the treatment group（ with cream formula） and the control group （estazolam and oryzanol）, 30 days for a course. We observed the clinical symptoms after treatment and the variation of SPIEGEL before and after treatment. Results ： The total effective rate of the treatment group was 87.5 % while that of the control group was 67.5 %. Treatment group was more effective to improve the symptom than control（ P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusion： Cream formula has clinical improvement in treating meno- pausal insomnia. |
