摘    要:
目的:客观评价法推拿对颈型颈椎病近期VAS及CASCS的影响。方法:采用随机、单盲、对照设计方法。对照组给予外擦寻痛酊治疗:1次/d,6次/周。试验组给予法推拿治疗:1次/2d,3次/周。两组疗程均为2周。结果:本实验共入组72例受试者,脱落1例,剔除1例,纳入统计分析70例(其中试验组36例,对照组34例)。两组基线情况无统计学差异,具有可比性。法推拿在改善颈型颈椎病近期VAS及CASCS方面与单纯使用寻痛酊比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:法推拿可快速、明显缓解颈型颈椎病颈部疼痛,改善肩颈部功能活动疗效确切。

Abstract:
Objective:To evaluate the effect of GUN massage on cervical spondylosis of recent VAS and CASCS. Methods:A randomized, single blind, controlled design method was used. The control group was given outside Xuntongding: rub for pain tincture in the treatment,once a day,6 times per week. The experimental group was given the GUN massage therapy: Once in two days,3 times per week. The two groups were treated for 2 weeks. Results:In this experiment, we enrolled 72 subjects, fall off in 1 case, 1 case of rejection, included in the statistics and analysis of 70 cases (including 36 cases of test group, the control group 34 cases). No statistically significant differences were between the two groups at baseline with comparable. GUN massage in improving the neck type of cervical spondylosis with recent VAS and CASCS and simple use for pain tincture has statistics significance ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion: GUN massage can fast relieve cervical spondylosis neck pain and improve function of shoulder and neck with exact curative effect.
