理筋推拿法结合扬刺滞针温针灸法治疗第三腰椎横突综合征疗效观察

目的:观测理筋推拿法结合扬刺滞针温针灸法治疗第三腰椎横突综合征的临床疗效。方法:搜集门诊第三腰椎横突综合征确诊患者共62例随机分为治疗组和对照组各31例,治疗组采用理筋推拿法结合扬刺滞针温针灸法进行治疗,对照组采用常规推拿结合温针灸法进行治疗。每日治疗1次(治疗组滞针提拉手法隔日进行1次),6次为1个疗程,连续治疗2个疗程,疗程间休息1 d。结果:总有效率93.6%,对患者症状、体征改善明显。结论:理筋推拿法结合扬刺滞针温针灸法治疗第三腰椎横突综合征疗效确切,安全可靠,值得推广。

Tendon Tuina Therapy Combined with Warm Acupuncture Yang Needling Therapy for Third Lumbar Transverse Process Syndrome

Objective ：To observe the effect of tendon Tuina therapy combined with warm acupuncture Yang stabbed stuck nee- dling for third lumbar transverse process syndrome. Methods：62 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Treatment group used tendon Tuina therapy combined with needling. Control group was treated with conventional Tuina and acupuncture treatment. Once a day （treatment group pulling techniques once every other day）, six times for a course of treatment, continuous treatment two courses of treatment. Results ：The total effective rate was 93.6% and the symptoms and signs improved significantly. Conclusion：Tendon Tuina therapy combined with warm acupuncture Yang stabbed stuck needling for third lumbar transverse process syndrome has treatment efficacy, safety and reliability, it is worthy of promoting.
