壮医药线点灸配合针刺治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的优化方案研究

目的:研究壮医药线点灸配合针刺治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的疗效性和安全性并筛选优化治疗方案。方法:以符合诊断标准的PHN患者120例为研究对象,根据不同治疗方法分为药线点灸组、药线点灸合电针围刺组和药物组。每组观察40例,总样本量为120例,试验周期为4个月,其中治疗4周,随访3个月。结果:药线点灸组、药线点灸合电针围刺组和药物组的总有效率分别为77.50%、87.50%、55.00%。结论:药线点灸合电针围刺组的疗效显著,值得推荐。

Clinical Study on Medicated Thread Moxibustion of Traditional Zhuang Nationality Medicine Combined with Acupuncture on Postherpetic Neuralgia

Objective ： To explore the efficacy and safety of medicated thread moxibustion of traditional Zhuang nationality medicine combined with acupuncture on postherpetic neuralgia （PHN） and found the optimal treatment programs. Methods ：120 patients with PHN were randomized into three groups：thread moxibustion group （40 cases）, medicated thread moxibustion of traditional Zhuang nationality medicine combined with eletroacupuncture surrounding needling group （40 cases） and the medical group （40 cases）. The treatment courses were four weeks and the follow - up periods were three months. VAS score was applied to quantify and estimate the conditions of patients before and after treatment. Results ： After four courses treatment, the scores of VAS in three groups were significantly lower than those before treatment （P 〈 0.05 ）. In the thread moxibustion group, the total effective rate was 77.5%. In the medicated thread moxibustion of traditional Zhuang nationality medicine combined with acupuncture of electricity needle groups,the total effective rate was 87.5%. In the drug group,the total effective rate was 55%. Conclusion： Medicated thread moxibustion of traditional Zhuang nationality medicine combined with acupuncture is the optimal and recommended.
