枇杷清肺饮加减治疗肺胃热盛型寻常痤疮临床观察

目的:观察效方枇杷清肺饮加减治疗肺胃热盛型寻常痤疮的临床疗效。方法:采用随机对照的研究方法,将符合标准的70例寻常痤疮患者分为治疗组和对照组,每组各35例患者,其中治疗组口服中药制剂枇杷清肺饮加减,对照组口服中成药制剂消痤丸,观察疗程为4周,通过痤疮皮损的评分来判定两组患者的病情改善情况。结果:治疗组在皮损评分的改善方面优于对照组(P<0.05)。在疗效判定方面,治疗组临床痊愈9例、显效18例、有效6例、无效2例,总有效率94.29%,对照组临床痊愈3例、显效10例、有效14例、无效8例,总有效率77.14%,经比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:枇杷清肺饮加减在治疗肺胃热盛型痤疮中具有较好的疗效,亦突显中医药特色理论,适宜在同道中借鉴推广。

Clinical Observation of Loquat Clearing Lung Decoction for Treating Common Acne of Excessive Heat of Lung and Stomach Type

Objective ： To evaluate and compare the clinical efficacy of the effective recipe named Loquat Clearing Lung Decoction for treating common acne belong to the excessive heat of lung and stomach type. Methods ：70 patients with acne are randomized into treatment group and control group, and each group had 35. Patients in treatment group applied with Loquat Clearing Lung Decoction, and those in control group applied with Chinese patent drug named Eliminate Acne Pills. The course of treatment was 4 weeks,and then judging the improvement of disease according to the scores of acne lesions. Results：The improvement of lesions scores in treatment group was better than the control one （ P 〈 0.05 ） ,in the respect of judgment ,9 cases were recovered, 18 cases showed significant resuhs ,6 cases showed effect and 2 in vain in treatment group, the effective rate was 94.29%. In the control group ,3 cases were cured, 10 cases showed markedly effective results, and 14 cases were affective, also,8 showed no effect, finally the total effective rate was 77.14%. There was a difference between the two groups （P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusion：There has an outstanding curative effect of Loquat Clearing Lung Decoction in the treatment of acne belonging to the excessive heat of lung and stomach type. It highlights the characteristic theories of traditional Chinese medicine, and is suitable for reference and popularization in fellows.
