固肠止泻丸联合维柳芬对溃疡性结肠炎患者血清IL-2、IL-8的影响及疗效观察

目的:探讨固肠止泻丸联合维柳芬治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床效果和对血清IL-2、IL-8的影响。方法:使用随机数字表法将85例溃疡性结肠炎患者随机分为对照组43例和治疗组42例,对照组给予柳氮磺胺吡啶1 g/次,4次/d,疗程为2个月;治疗组给予固肠止泻丸水煎后服用,1次/d。疗程结束后统计疗效,并记录患者的临床症状积分,包括脓血便、腹痛和腹胀等,检测患者血清IL-2和IL-8的水平。结果:治疗组总有效率为91.5%,明显高于对照组的72.1%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=3.18,P<0.05);两组患者脓血便、腹痛和腹胀等症状积分均较治疗前明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且治疗组脓血便的改善情况更明显,与对照组有显著性差异(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者IL-2水平明显升高(P<0.05),血清IL-8水平下降明显(P<0.05),且治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:固肠止泻丸联合维柳芬治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效显著,可明显改善患者的临床症状,值得临床推广使用。

Efficacy of Guchang Zhixie Pill and Sulfasalazine in Treatment of Paients with Ulcerative Colitis and Influence of IL - 2 and IL - 8 in Serum

Objective：To investigate combined therapeutic efficiency of Guchang Zhixie Pill and sulfasalazine in the treatment of patients with ulcerative colitis and influence of IL - 2 and IL - 8 in serum. Methods ： 85 patients of essential hypertension were divided into treatment group with 42 cases and control group with 43 cases by randomized digital table. The control group was giv- en sulfasalazine 1 g per time and 4 times a day, and the treatment group was given sulfasalazine and Guchang Zhixie Pill 5 g per time and 3 times a day, treatment for 2 months. Curative efficacy was evaluated, recording patients＇ clinical symptoms integral which included purulent blood, abdominal pain and bloating. The levels of IL - 2 and IL - 8 in serum were detected. Results ： The total effective rate of treatment group was 91.5 %, higher than that of the control group （72.1% ） significantly （ X： = 3.18, P 〈 0. 05 ）. The clinical symptoms integral of two groups parents were decreased significantly, and the difference was statistically signifi- cant（P 〈0.05）, and the improvement of treatment group＇s purulent blood was more obvious, and there were significant differ- ences between two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The levels of IL - 2 in two groups were increased significantly （ P 〈 0.05 ）, and levels of IL - 8 in serum were decreased significantly （P 〈 0.05）, and improvement of treatment group was better than that of control group （ P 〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Combined therapeutic efficiency of Guchang Zhixie Pill and sulfasalazine has good curative effect on pa- tients with ulcerative colitis, and can improve the clinical symptoms of patients obviously and is worthy of being widely applied in clinic.
