中药对输尿管结石术后并发症的疗效观察

目的:观察中药(化瘀清石汤)对输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石取石术后并发症的疗效。方法:收集2012年10月—2013年10月在泌尿科住院的输尿管结石并成功行输尿管镜下碎石取石术患者120例,随机分成治疗组60例和对照组60例,对照组术后给予常规抗感染、解痉、止痛等治疗;治疗组在西医治疗的基础上辅以口服自拟化瘀清石汤中药综合治疗。分别观察并分析术后1周、4周和拔管后1个月的腰痛症状、下尿路刺激症状、肉眼血尿、尿路感染以及D-J管钙盐沉积等并发症情况。结果:治疗组患者术后1周、4周和拔管后1个月的腰痛症状、下尿路刺激症状、肉眼血尿、尿路感染及D-J管钙盐沉积率均较对照组明显减少(P<0.05)。结论:口服化瘀清石汤明显缓解输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石取石术后的并发症,促进输尿管功能的恢复,从而明显改善患者术后的生活质量。

Efficacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine Treating Complications after Pneumatic Lithotripsy

Objective ： The study was to evaluate the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine treating complications after pneumatic lithotripsy. Methods： 120 ureteral calculi patients after ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy were randomly divided into a treatment group with 60 subjects and a control group with 60 subjects. The treatment group was treated with the conventional therapy of Western medicine combined with Huayu Qingshi Decoction while the control group was treated with conventional Western medicine only. The back pain symptoms,lower urinary tract irritations, hematuria, urinary tract infections and D - J tube calcium deposits were observed and analyzed one and four weeks after operation and one month after extubation. Results ： Back pine,lower urinary tract irritations, hematuria, urinary tract infection and D - J tube calcium deposits were found to be significantly less in the treatment group than that in control group. The difference between the 2 groups was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion：Huayu Qingshi Decoction can effectively relieve the complications after pneumatic lithotripsy. It can promote functional recovery of ureter and improve the quality of life after operation.
