| 摘 要： | "宛陈则除之"是重要的针灸治疗原则,有着"通其经脉,调其血气"的作用。文章通过系统化整理《黄帝内经》中相关条文,浅析了其释义、理论依据、操作方法及临床运用等;也提出了"宛陈"不应局限于"瘀血"以及"虚证刺血"安全性等问题。 |

| Abstract: | Removing blood stasis is one of the important principles of acupuncture treatment, which plays the role of dredging the meridians, adjusting its blood. In this paper, through systematic arrangement in Huangdi Neijing relevant provisions, it analyzes its definition theoretical basis, needling methods and clinical application. And it also put forward the removing blood stasis theory should not be limited to stasis and blood deficiency syndrome security and other issues. |
