复方苦参注射液联合氟比洛芬酯脂微球注射液治疗中晚期癌痛的疗效观察

目的:观察复方苦参注射液联合氟比洛芬酯脂微球注射液治疗中晚期癌痛的临床疗效。方法:将70例中重度癌痛患者随机分为联合治疗组和对照组各35例。联合治疗组予复方苦参注射液联合氟比洛芬酯脂微球注射液治疗,对照组仅予氟比洛芬酯脂微球注射液治疗。结果:联合治疗组疼痛缓解率、不良反应发生率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:复方苦参注射液联合氟比洛芬酯脂微球注射液能有效缓解中重度癌痛,明显改善患者的生活质量,不良反应较单用氟比洛芬酯脂微球注射液减少。

Clinical observation on Compound Kushen Injection Combined with Flurbiprofen Lipo Injection in Treatment of Advanced Cancer Pain

Objective：To observe the effect of Compound Kushen Injection combined with Flurbiprofen Lipo Injection in the treatment of advanced cancer pain. Methods ：70 cases of mild and severe cancer pain patients were randomly divided into combination treatment group and control group,35 cases in each. The combination treatment group used Compound Kushen Injection com- bined with Flurbiprofen Lipo Injection and the control group only used Flurbiprofen Lipo Injection. Results：The pain relief rate and adverse reactions in combination treatment group were superior to those of control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Compound Kushen Injection combined with Flurbiprofen Lipo Injection can effectively relieve the mild and severe cancer pain and obviously improve the life quality of patients. There are few adverse reactions compared with Flurbiprofen Lipo Injection.
