初中生生活事件与应对方式的关系研究

目的 调查初中生生活事件与应对方式的关系.方法 采用青少年生活事件量表和中学生应对方式量表,对646名初中生进行调查.结果 (1)男生在受惩罚、健康适应和其他生活事件中的表现,在寻求社会支持和发泄情绪应对方式中的表现均显著差于女生(P＜0.05)；(2)生活事件与指向情绪的应对方式显著相关(P＜0.05),与指向问题的应对无显著相关(P＞0.05)；(3)回归分析表明,人际关系、丧失和其他三个因子进入指向问题应对方式的回归方程；人际关系、学习压力和健康适应三个因子进入指向情绪应对方式的回归方程.结论 初中生生活事件与指向情绪的应对方式存在极显著相关,生活事件与应对方式不存在显著的年级差异.

Relationship between Life Events and Coping Styles of Junior School Students

Objects To study the relationship between life events and coping styles of junior school students.Methods 646 junior school students were investigated by means of the adolescent self-rating life events check list(ASLEC) and the coping style scale for middle school students(CSSMSS).Results(1) boys behaved worse than girls in the aspects of punishment,healthy adaption and others of life events(P<0.05),as well as the aspects of looking for social supporting and abreacting emotions styles(P<0.05).(2) Life events were significantly associated with emotional-related coping styles(P<0.05),but not with problem-related coping styles(P>0.05).(3) The data of stepwise regression analysis revealed that interpersonal relationship and bereavement were significant predictors of problem-based coping styles.Interpersonal relationship,learning pressure and healthy adaption scores were significant predictors of emotion-related coping styles.Conclusion There is significant correlation between life events and emotion-related coping styles.There is no significant difference between life events and coping styles of junior school students.
