| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨对社区糖尿病高危人群实施健康教育的方法及效果；方法 对社区128例糖尿病高危人群采用多种形式进行预防性健康教育,比较分析健康教育前后该人群对糖尿病知识的认知程度以及自我管理状况；结果 通过实施健康教育,128例社区糖尿病高危人群对糖尿病知识的知晓率及自我管理能力均有显著提高(P ＜0.05,P＜0.01)；结论 对社区糖尿病高危人群实施预防性健康教育,能够明显提高高危人群对糖尿病知识的知晓率,从而主动地预防糖尿病的发生,为社区糖尿病高危人群预防糖尿病提供良好保障.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the methods and effects of health education on community high-risk groups with diabetes.Methods 128 cases,considered as high-risk population of diabetes,were received various kinds of preventive health educations.Knowledge level and self-management abilities before and after health educations were compared and analyzed.Results Through the implementation of health education,awareness of diabetes knowledge and self-management abilities had greatly been improved among 128 cases,which there was a significant statistical difference.Conclusion The preventive health education on community high-risk groups of diabetes can not only significantly improve the awareness of the diabetes knowledge,not also actively prevent diabetes occurring. |
