| 摘 要： | 本文报告了用闭合髓内穿针内固定手术治疗开放性小腿骨折的方法及临床治疗效果。并对该手术的使用提出了讨论,认为开放性小腿骨折选用这一术式是可行的。

| Abstract: | This paper reports the result of 12 patients(13 limbs)with the lower leg open fracture using internal fixation by closed intramedullary pin.When clearing the wound,the intramedullary fixation by closed introducing pin was done and the site is 2-3cm below tibia and in the internal lateral of the tibia.The pin point passed through the medullary cavity of the proximal fracture end and was introduced into the distal end,but it did not pass through the epiphysis plate.The wound was sutured using reducing tention method or was covered with the local transfering skin.The closed drainage was put in the cases with the serious infection.The results are 5 cases healing first class and 7 second class.The function of the limbs recovered quite well. |
