喉癌组织中凋亡相关基因Survivin蛋白表达的临床意义

目的:探讨Survivin蛋白在喉癌组织中的表达与患者术后生存期的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学 (SP法)染色技术对40例喉癌组织(喉癌组)和5例正常喉黏膜组织(对照组)石蜡标本进行Survivin蛋白表达的 检测,并采用图像分析对表达结果进行定量分析。结果:Survivin在喉癌组中的阳性表达显著高于对照组(P< 0.01);在有淋巴结转移的喉癌组织中Survivin蛋白的表达高于无淋巴结转移的喉癌组织(P<0.05);不同性别、 年龄的患者喉癌组织中Survivin蛋白的表达差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);Survivin蛋白的表达与喉癌的 TNM分期有关(P<0.05),与患者生存期呈负相关关系(r=-0.646,P<0.01)。结论:喉癌组织Survivin蛋 白的表达与TNM分期、淋巴结转移和预后有密切关系,它的高表达提示肿瘤患者预后不良;Survivin基因在喉癌 组织中表达上调,提示该基因在喉癌的发生、发展中起重要作用

The expressions of survivin in squamous cell carcinoma of larynx and its clinical significance

Objective:To investigate the expressions of Survivin in squamous cell carcinoma of larynx (SCCL) and the correlation between Survivin and survival time.Method:The expressions of Survivin in SCCL tissues of 40 cases and nomal larynx tissues of 5 cases were studied by immunohistochemical staining and quantitative analysis of image.Result:The expressions of Survivin in SCCL tissues were higher than those in mucosa of contrsls(P< 0.01).The expressions of Survivin in SCCL with the metastasis of lymph nodes were higher than those without metastasis(P<0.05). Age and sex did not change the expressions obviously(P>0.05).The expressions of Survivin in SCCL hawe a positive correlation between T-stages(P<0.05).There was also a negative correlation in staining intensity between Survivin and survival time(r=-0.646,P<0.01).Conclusion:A significant correlation between Survivin expression and T-stage(P<0.05), lymph node metastasis(P<0.05)and prognosis(P<0.01) was revealed in squamous cell carcinoma of larynx. The high expression suggests worse prognosis. The up-regulate of Survivin suggests that it play an important role in the formation and metastasis of SCCL.
